Great communication and came when they said they would. Kept up to date with progress of repair and very quick to reply to any questions that we had during repair. Being a big repair job there was a lot of debris and rubbish left which they made a great job of clearing up and taking away. Would definitely use again.

13/07/2022I had a few slates missing and broken due to weather and a leaking gutter. The company is very fast at replying and managed send someone round to fix the roof and gutter within days. I'm very happy with the work and the tradesman was very polite and genuine. I'm very happy with the service as they are fast and reliable. Im also happy that the original quote was the same as the final amount they did not add any additional costs. I will definitely be using McCulloch roofing again for any repairs needing done in the future.

24/10/2022Phoned the company about a leak possibly coming through a skylight or the roof. Came out same day to check. Fixed leak immediately, showed video with other problems on the roof. Agreed the amount and work completed withing a week, fixing a fist sized hole I'm a flat roof we never knew about. Highly recommended.

We contacted McCulloch Roofing after Storm Arwen caused severe damage to our roofs. A neighbour recommended them after Billy had been to see them regarding their storm damage. When Billy found out about our situation he came out that same day and helped us make temporary repairs to our flat roof and conservatory panel and even came out again to further secure the flat roof. I don’t know where we’d be without his help. He has made us all feel so much safer whilst we await the insurance surveyor. His focus has been to ensure things are made as right as they can be rather than trying to cash in on people going through such circumstances (he still hasn’t let me pay him).

13/12/2021Excellent service. I had a gutter leak that was a small job but Billy came out the next day, took a look, decided it was so simple to fix that he didn't charge. How many companies would be that honest? I'd recommend this firm based on my experience.

Billy came to do the work the following week. I would recommend him for the service he provided, his professionalism and good communication.
