We contacted McCulloch Roofing after Storm Arwen caused severe damage to our roofs. A neighbour recommended them after Billy had been to see them regarding their storm damage. When Billy found out about our situation he came out that same day and helped us make temporary repairs to our flat roof and conservatory panel and even came out again to further secure the flat roof. I don’t know where we’d be without his help. He has made us all feel so much safer whilst we await the insurance surveyor. His focus has been to ensure things are made as right as they can be rather than trying to cash in on people going through such circumstances (he still hasn’t let me pay him).

13/12/2021Billy responded very quickly to our initial enquiry. He came along at a time that worked for us. He took video to show us the repairs needed and discussed the work. Billy came to do the work the following week. I would recommend him for the service he provided, his professionalism and good communication.

18/04/2025Called this company after noticing damp patch on bathroom ceiling. Was immediately advised to drill a small hole into plaster to release any build up of water above the ceiling. This turned out to be great advice as I was able to successfully drain water away which would have caused more damage to the ceiling. Friendly professional roofer then appeared on time and fixed the leak. Great service - would highly recommend. Saved my ceiling!

17/02/2023We had this company fix my grandmothers leaky guttering we got some so called roofers to come fix it before which only lasted a couple of weeks before it was leaking again we tried to call the other roofing company out but they weren't interested so we contacted McCulloch roofing and all I can say is what a professional company this is the guy was in the area the next day so we called and he said we needed a new seal he had one is his van and replaced it for my elderly grandmother and didn't charge her because she had been ripped off by another company so it's a five star from me and my granny Mrs Macintosh from kelso saying thanks again and a ????????

During last year's lock down they replaced my new upvc windows and new upvc roofline 12month later have had no issues so it's a smashing job theyve done for me 👍👍👍 5 stars from me

02/11/2022Excellent service. I had a gutter leak that was a small job but Billy came out the next day, took a look, decided it was so simple to fix that he didn't charge. How many companies would be that honest? I'd recommend this firm based on my experience.
